Return & Exchange Policy

Therefore, we also acknowledge that there might be times that our customers need to exchange or refund the product bought at that point, and for this reason, if our customers decide to change their minds within 14 days from the purchase date, we are happy to exchange or return the product with the following Terms & Conditions apply:
• If the product is in a good condition attached with the receipt from that particular order’s along with the product packaging that it could be replaced in our shop. Otherwise, it can’t be exchanged or returned if there’s no sign of product damage upon purchase.
• Return & Exchange are strictly prohibited upon opening it from the packaging or using it unless it had damage from the beginning while purchasing.
• Returning or exchanging the product while it’s on special promotion or sale is strictly prohibited.
• Refund through debit and credit cards requires not less than 30 working day based on the bank’s policies & Peridot isn’t responsible for this delay.
• Peridot has the right to refuse to return or exchange any product that does not meet the requirements of the exchange and return policy.
• Gifts, Discount Coupon are non-refundable.

If you wish to cancel or modify your order, please send an email as soon as possible to info@seelunablu.com . We will make every effort to accommodate your request.
However, once an order has been submitted cannot be cancelled or modified. Once you have received your online order, please refer to our return instructions included with your shipment.
